Have been calling the inappropriateness of linking management incentives to production at the expense of total shareholder returns for over a year now. More of the same. Appalling but hardly surprising given what's transpired the last few years.

Joph, you're dead right- it is a pity shareholders don't vote at meetings but they get what they deserve when they know what they're up for and do nothing about it. Problem is the balance of us cop it in the neck with them
