The Shortfall shares should be in the participants' accounts by tomorrow and therefore tradable. As outlined a few days ago I don't expect a huge sell off of those shares at current sp level. For me those are a CHMO replacement to cover the obvious loss which will crystalize by the end of March unless the heads shoot up to 30c + by then.

So why isn't anyone grabbing that bargain? Because the stock market is the only place where people are afraid of grabbing a bargain.
