The solution could be so easy.

IMU pays 15m for 1b shares issued at 1.5c, securing more than 50% holding. That should be enough to last to the next read out and then IMU could sell its stake for 10c pocketing 85m before tax. On top CHM does another CR, 1b shares at 10c to secure another 100m.

Easy, so why isn't he doing it? At RAD he got rid of Lind after the sp fell from 60c IPO to 2.7c. A similar ratio would be IPO 20c, sp minimum 0.9c-1c. Maybe that's the turning point for him to turn CHM around similar to RAD. The 1.3c Lind issue is the next step towards that level which could be reached next week, sadly for those who can't buy any more shares or those who have lost all faith.

So far I was right not to buy any more shares until we know how he plans to recapitalise. Rebecca promoting CHM in Hong Kong and the USA and securing more trial sites and Hopper happily devaluing CHM at home. Jesus Christ.
