If you look at the cash amount Jennifer was getting it is 738. this is excluding super and performance rights, now Rebecca is getting 350k this is excluding super and performance rights. We need to base it on whats known.
738-350=$ 388k is the saving we are getting. We dont know about Rebecca in regards to incentives and bonuses, and if the history here is anything to go by, its not going to be cheap. Really the swap from Jennifer to Rebecca, is only a $388k saving with the info we have. She will get super and bonuses on top.
People like Jason LItten still there, like they have been for years, collecting similar yearly amounts to Jennifer.
