Ah, what’s this? The 20 million shares, illegally issued at nearly twice the shareholder-approved discount to Lind? Looks like Lind getting in under the all time lows that shareholders cant even get in at, but even thats not good enough, they need almost double the approved discount to get their millions of shares to dump on market and make shareholders suffer more losses whilst they take profit.

The lowest price at which CHM has traded over the past 20 days is $0.006, which means that the lowest possible VWAP is also $0.006. 90% of that figure is the issuance price of $0.0054 per share. And yet we find the price set at $0.005. That’s a 17.41% discount, not the 10% agreed upon.

I have, of course, raised this with the company. Their response? To carry on issuing shares at this deepened discount.
