This is exactly the point I made to the company too, so I request to be told exactly what days were used to calculate VWAP for the issue price for Lind, because the lowest price was 0.006, however that shows up when its actually trading 0.0065, so if anything the VWAP would have to be 0.006 or higher.
As usual company doesnt respond, hasnt responded to which days were used or why they are illegally issuing these shares at a 17% discount instead of the 10% that shareholders voted on and approved.
