I get that when the deal was made, they probably didn’t anticipate the share price being at these levels. But now that we’re under 1 cent, the rounding difference is massive in percentage terms. That means more dilution for shareholders, a weaker share price, and an easier path for Lind to immediately profit by selling on the market which further stifles upward momentum, and will have down stream effects of consoliations, etc.

At the end of the day, we’re getting more dilution and less capital due to this "oversight" which is in inverted commas because lets be real—it’s not an oversight, they went in and added without ANY shareholder approval the lines ""rounded down to the lowest A$0.001.". So they are well aware, even so I’ve notified the company, yet they continue to ignore what is a blatant error.

I encourage others to email ([email protected]) or call the company and demand an answer to why is Lind getting a 17.41% discount when shareholders only approved 10%? Only takes 1 min to shoot off an email, but if we’ve made them aware that enough of us are onto this issue, they can’t claim ignorance and have to actually do their job, like company secretary Phillip Hains, whos secretary of several companies, so collects pay cheques like he does from CHM (120k a year just from CHM) from multiple companies, so doesnt really give a sh*t about shareholders, let’s hold them accountable and make them actually do an honest days work.
