Streetsie , some people feel shame and embarrassment at having bought a dud, and to watch their money go down the drain. What is wrong here is that money is being raised off-market at drastically discounted rates ie the Convertible Notes. I have never heard of this being done in the speculative mining sector. Those shareholders who had bought their shares on market in the last 10 years, had no way of knowing this tactic would be used to lure more buyers & in the process undermine their share value.
