HC , i been doing this for 40 years & i got caught up. I know how it all works . When it works for you it's spectacular - when you get' jipped' it's devastating, Why time, after time after time is it acceptable to the authorities, that a company fail to meet its objectives & it's Ok for them to continue to raise money at a perpetual discount, When they went off- market to raise money, they absolutely destroyed the original holders share value, The Convertable Notes was theft, plain and simply designed to lure new investors in, Whilst not meeting targets, Why did they pay such a vastly inflated price for the Gekko plant . They tested it near Perth, then carted it to Kat Gap & left it unassembled . Said they had gushing water then failed led to do anything with the water. All whilst raising more capital at vastly discounted prices off-market. How could they be so stupid - unless it was intentional? All in my opinion.
