Does anyone know what happened in 2016 regarding this application for winding up order?

Here is a link to Classics responses to the ASX regarding the Gekko plant. If you read the answers carefully it appears to me they never actually give direct answers only evasive ones. It’s very confusing reading. Cost a total of $6.5 mill more or less for components (not the whole plant??) but then goes on to say it was tested successfully at their test site. So why aren’t they producing? Very weird indeed.
