Requires investigation , for the inappropriate use of a derivative instrument , to massively diluted the share capital value , via the Convertable Note. The use of the 150 to one share consolidation, diluted the share value , allowing the share to collapse in value , from around 15 cents to 2 cents. This may have led to new owners of the company . This all requires investigation .All in my opinion .
