The key will be in the ownership of the CN's.
If they're in house, then yeah, highly likely happy to fail.
If they''re outside, then likely they're not hugely confident in the project to begin with.
The funny part will be, if they are in house, where did they get the cash for the CN's?
Yep, shareholders who have paid related parties overinflated prices for everything for years.
