Ann: Application for quotation of securities - CLZ, page-15

I'm only an amateur investor,so I'm m not sure if this is a silly question or not, we've all pretty much done or dough here,but as an ASX listed company,do they have to be more transparent and make a statement to the shareholders. Surely someone has reported all or at least some of our concerns to the ASX?
I only just received the loyalty offer,piggy back option paperwork in the mail a day or two ago,how can it even be called a loyalty offer "to reward the shareholders" when our existing shares are now watered down and worthless
