IMO if you are a new holder you should pay close attention to the history of shares being issued to related parties over the course of the company's 10 years of trading. I am not making any claims of impropriety, i just implore you to do thorough DD. There is alot of material on HC that outlines both negative and positive sentiment for the company.
I raise this now as the company is issuing more shares to pay debt. Dilution of shares is something that investors could consider as part of their DD. IMO only.
