IMO:

I bet the creditor is NOT HAPPY about being paid in shares now worth on 80% of the issue price at 4c

They are now making a LOSS of $85k being paid in shares.

At least when the SP was at .001 it couldn't go lower!

Debt payment of $424k now worth $339k in CLZ shares.

I wonder if any of the 103M options at 5c will be taken up by any "suckers" that don't do their due diligence?

CLZ want to raise over $5M in "Loyalty Options" by getting shareholders to excise them by 25th August 2022.

Good Luck with that when the current SP is 3.2c compared to the excise price of 5c.

There's also "Piggyback" options on shares excised but I won't even bother talking about their uselessness, ENOUGH SAID!
