Alternatively, it’s a cheap way for management to gain complete control and shareholders are essentially non existent bc of dilution if they are in fact the CN holders, and they lose nothing bc it’s their money to do with as they please once they gain control of the assets. Then if there is in fact gold in the ground it belongs to them primarily as the major shareholders. It seems management are drip feeding just enough information to keep investors interested in parting with their money without blowing the lid off this. Is there any Jorc compliant reporting?
Pure speculation of course but plausible without knowing who the CN holders are.
