I am making this post with no inferences to any wrongdoing by CLZ (these are to the best of my knowledge all bonefide transactions at arms length and commercial rates...............) All information is based on public ASX records - disclosures from annual reports and notice of meetings as well as ASIC extracts. The below is a list of major suppliers/creditors paid by the Company - the total of these equals approximately $28million.

All IMO, DYOR. I believe shareholders should be aware of such transactions as a Company's history is indicative of its future in terms of future expenditure.

Looking at those payments from another perspective,they look after themselves well and the more I look into that Gekko purchase,the dodgier it is,and in no way defending them,but when they're all in on the gravy train,why would they accept payments in shares even recently,did they really think the share price would hold some value post consolidation. That 590k payment of shares on the 7/08/2022 wouldn't be holding much value right now
