My guess is ZERO "Loyalty options" taken up by management as they are not that silly unless there is some strategic rationale?
As for shareholders I would think that they look at the current SP at 2c before paying 5c so it will be a litmus test for stupidity
CLZ could make another attempt by making the options less than the current SP but IMO they may go down the Convertible Notes path again at even worse conditions than before.
If no additional funding soon they may use the remainder of their $10M credit facility at 36% interest!
IMO, whatever happens is won't stop the SP from tanking more unless a gold bar is produced.
