You forgot another one...shares issued to CTRC for... handling the assay bills (?) These are very unusual transactions, as if CTRC prefered to pay a service provider direct rather than advance funds for CLZ to pay that service provider at their discretion.
Like a kid comes to you and says... Dad I need $100 to pay some bills and you say... no... show me the bills and I'll pay them.
At least that is my interpretation of events...There were three seperate payments of $68,000, $22,000, and $11,800.
"Purpose of Issue: Creditor Payment. The Company did not raise any funds from this issue of shares as they were issued to satisfy a payment to a creditor, for geochemical studies done at Kat Gap".
At first when reading this I thought CTRC must be a new chemical lab I'd never heard of. But they are in fact a financier. "Geochemical studies" could be for assays or for plant recovery studies.
