Sad state of affairs. Everyone’s shares just got devalued further by around 25%. This is after being devalued by 98.7% after consolidation (15c to 0.2c).
365 million odd shares going to get dumped into $0.001 on market tomorrow or very soon thereafter at the very least. As I understand it from the announcement these aren’t to LDA, it’s conversion for convertible notes so when they do finally issue more to LDA for working capital I would assume it will be at below $0.001 (so we are now talking billions of shares being issued for working capital) including any discount so further pain to follow.
What a shambles and an absolute disgrace. AIMO DYOR
