What I miss here, is the explanation from the company to their SH.

This all has to do with mismanagement in a manner of no personality.

They see their SH as idiots who investing into a crap company to pay for director dreams to be a gold producer.

DG is obviously not able to get in touch with his SH and this is a huge issue.

He is a old guy without a plan and many surprises for SH.

Maybe all is needed to have the Gekko running, could be, but nobody knows for what LDA got their cheap shares in detail.

For what is the money use for and why.....

They are directors of old times and not for the now to run a company. They all have to leave.

Communication and full information for SH is a must and not to underestimate.

Never invest in a DG company.

Tje SH are the dirt for them... Unfortunately I must say that.

PoG is far above 2000us$ and what they are doing?

They have the Share confetti cannon running.
