Night , i do not profess to understand this company, how it works , who owns it and why it is allowed to contiually issue stock .I do know one thing though. My $500 plus investment is now worth 50 cents. that is one thousandth of the original investment.
I believe this company has exploited sharemarket investors , so systematically, that raising capital onmarket would now be near impossible .
So somehow they convince , private capital providers , to now fund the company.
How this arrangement works is likely tied up with selling the shares for a profit on market , but who knows?
But they better be making plenty allong the way , because sure as the sun rises they will be burn't by the Cosa Nostra like every one else has.
