Because they have burnt almost everyone who bought on-market, there is no credibility left to raise capital on-market, leaving aside the overall market sentiment It looks like they are going to need more than the 100 mill, LDA said they would provide. So this is not investment grade until they can establish cash flow from gold sold. Until then it's speculation on steroids. I cannot see the on-market sales to justify LDA'a investment . Are they getting enough money out of the market to justify the money they have advanced to CLZ?
Who else is going to advance monies, if there are no established ongoing gold sales?
