I still don't know how they get away with making an announcement like that without it being a false and misleading statement. An extension was granted past the 120 days because of "circumstances out of both parties control" and that extension was until the end of March,but that date came and passed by and that JV deal was never mentioned again....look on the chart at the spike that announcement made on that news. Suckers bought in on that announcement & I think it was maybe the only green day CLZ has had post consolidation
