That's all Madhu must do with his life, issue confetti, how pathetic, This dilutes the value of shareholders' stock. I think they are stitching up the ownership of the company. it's worth stuff-all to another company, but probably a bit to them as a means of getting money off individual shareholders, brokers, and finance companies. They run it like a finance company.
