That's the worst financial advice I have ever read. Do what I did and contact CommSec direct (if you trade with them) and get them to place the order for you.Do not purchase more in order to claim for a tax loss. I didn't even pay brokerage. I'm going to assume that they will do it for everyone but I said "Get rid of them, or I will be taking this further for allowing what is essentially a criminal outfit to trade on your platform!"
