Interesting announcement....
Correct me if I am wrong, but my reading of the announcement is that the Board have just awarded 4,350,000 free shares to "Staff and Long Term Contractors".
This is the result of successfully attaining the performance hurdles required to convert the "Unlisted Retention Performance Rights" previously issued and approved by shareholders several years ago.
Given the share price was recently 9c and the "estimated value of consideration of the shares" is 8c, I assume that was the performance hurdle..??....
If so, could explain recent share price rally to above 8c.
Can anybody shed more light on the issue..??..
