I'm hoping the middle of the month was just a worst case scenario date to cover themselves in case of any delays.
My guess would be early next week for an announcement. Let's hope they follow up any good announcement with more announcements regarding potential offtakes and commercialization of Jupiter and then Brothers as a a whole.
MRE and Mets on their own may not be enough to lift this price dramatically. The market will want to see what CRI plan to do with it and will want to know that negotiations with potential off take partners are underway.
Discoveries on their own these days doesn't seem to have the same effect on a share price as it once did and REE discoveries don't seem to be as rare as the name would suggest.
So for a company to be successful in this space now, they have to show viability, extraction methods, costs, size, profit and a commitment to progressing the discovery to processing stage.
Not trying to put a damper on things, just pointing out that our expectations with this announcement may only be partly realised. Let's see our management earn their handsome packages and free shares from here.
