You mentioned a great point re voting rights. There is nothing but positives from these conversions. Is it possible that these guys need to convert “prior” to a sale negotiation as they will be blacked out from transactions during any negotiation?
Clearly directors and officers of the company will not be allowed to buy/sell or convert options during sales negotiations .
i see this as an incredibly good sign considering the company has always told us they see actually bringing the product to market as being not good enough to be bought.
The next few months is going to be awesome.
