The way I understand these things is, as part of the Long Term Incentive Plan, Cyclopharm has issued the shares to an employee as a no cost loan. Yes, this does signal a high degree of confidence that approval will be granted and that the shares will move much higher on the news. What I can't work out is, how did they determine the price of $3.04?
Also, thinking we will hear the FDA decision news on the 29th and not before.
