Wow, sensitive much Burgers?? to write and extensive reason for participating in the DRP,
Firstly I am heavily invested in DDR and yes I am hoping and predicting an eventual appreciation once interest rates are under control. My statement was purely an obvious one. Which in actual fact helps appreciate the share price by increasing buyer demand and reduces the dilution of dividend distribution (however insignificant).
Keep on, keeping on Burgers and try and enjoy a nice whiskey or Vodka now and then, as I do (far too regularly!!).
