Well the transaction was completed on the 6th but may well have involved a decision to convert a day or two before the payment and presumably associated paperwork was sent off for the conversion.
The previous Friday close (1st Nov) was 0.255 so taking up a 25c option looked sensible. With a 26c open on the 4th someone could have checked the open, seen it was above 25 and decided to proceed. The fall has primarily occurred after the transaction was agreed but before the transaction was notified.
