Yeah that's my plan, buying some rental investments over the next 12 months. Due to my outsized holding in DRO i've now got a lot more sitting on the ASX than i'd like and property is a safe way and helps build up that retirement passive income stream.
Need to start looking for additional opportunities too. Selling our completely would be too much though. I held MRM from 40c through to $1.20 and sold it all, only for it to hit $2.60 recently. Don't want to make that mistake twice, though the investment thesis is very different on these 2 companies.
