Both Bill and Michael will need to release a 3Y change of director's interest notice. IF they sell stock, to fund the option conversions then this will be on the 3Y. However, given all the behind the scenes negotiation with finance, offtake, FID, re-start it is unlikely they can sell ahead of potential price sensitive info. In terms of BB, I'm pretty sure he has the means to convert. I agree we are touching the bottom of a big price reversal, upcoming news will settle a lot of nerves and get us back on track.
