We have not received the 10 mil cash yet.. we only have about 10 mil cash on hand currently, Mercer is probably selling a couple millions a day whenever there is volume. Now that’s it’s broken resistances traders +Mercer might push this down to 10c unless we have some more positive news which means fundamentals will come into play and money will pore back in
