Under ASX Disclosure Rules, Nina has to report 'material events' (such as a licensing agreement) as soon as practicable.
Besides, Nina is not going to worry about minor fluctuations in the share price (as she shouldn't). She will be wanting to celebrate the success of a 5th license immediately!
