Ain't it is funny, that we aren't entirely clear what the conditions for the options were in the first place, but we sure as hell haven't heard anything about fulfilling them either. It's great to hold this share, KC's conduct is only fishy every other day.
At this point we must rejoice that they took up the options at all, because not doing so would further erode the valuation.
