Will be interesting to see the voting outcome of options to evablue the best broker emp could find..... I would vote against if I had shares but them getting shares and option in not making me confident that, and the forward timeline to book a rig and drill the well. and Carl not responding to the criticism of using evablue and not a rights issue or spp to be fair to all holders.
