Excuse my ignorance (am I being dumb) or am I connecting the dots and reading this right?
Have these 37,500,000 shares have be (mostly) paid for by our directors?
from the Resolutions in the AGM:
(and another 6,250,000 to Phil McNamara in Reso 6).
All up 34,375,000 shares have been placed with directors per these resolutions. So the directors (or related parties) have stumped up $275,000 of the $300k in this raise. Is this correct?
