    EMP should have an extra $300 In the EMP kitty. I didn't check the last quarterly/director fees, but it seems to me the directors bought/paid for these shares, not given in lieu of director fees.

    Or am I missing something? Does the money they paid to straight back to them this quarter?

    Just curious, as we had the Market Update announcement about purchasing Gold licensees for ~$450k, then a CR for $300k

    How are EMP going to afford the licensees of this is in lieu of fees?!
