Great lead Sherlock, i understand the interest of 6.5% yearly but can someone explain the extra charges.
- Interest – 6.50% per annum plus the greater of (i) US Dollar 3 month LIBOR, and (ii) 2.50% per annum, payable monthly,
with 75% of the interest capitalized during construction;
Is this standard or is this a double whammy because of tough times at the time of acceptance?
