May as well just say 8% welds cause the LIBOR rate hasn't been over 2.5% since about Jan 2019. It's called the cost of doing business in a "risky place" like Cambodia.
Sprott were prepared to back it and they'll do admirably........good luck to them and thanks I say. Would be interesting to know if anyone else was prepared to stump up and at what price?
