My gut feeling is when the offered is finally closed and all resolved, EMR will have 100% ownership.
with regard to your question TOP did put some limits on what EMR can do on future fund raise. As I recall they can not underwrite therefore can only get new shares prorata with their existing holding, in that regard if everyone takes up the funding, % ownership remains unchanged.
but I don’t think it will be an issue.
