Thanks Tangey for that info.
It may have been tedious to get there, but well worth it in the long run. And i dare say, that whilst its all been in the “acquisition” phase, its given the BOD the chance to work on getting all their ducks in a row, ready for a speedy execution once full ownership achieved. My bet is that they have all the next steps very clearly mapped out ready to roll out and will mobilise quickly.
