Quite a few options been exercised in 2024 so far. Those 350K @67c ones today expired in Jul next year. Can't all just be a case of just someone needing the money, so right or wrong, some have taken a view to cash out whilst still having a year to do so.
Already in May (500K) and April (250K), options of 67c expiring in Jul 2025 have been exercised. That's 1.1M from that batch.
There are a further 2.4M @ 67c also expiring Jul next year, plus 350K @51c expiring in Mar, and 75K @53c expiring in May. So won't be surprised to see those exercised too over the next couple of months.
Those extra shares coming to the market in itself will have no impact on the SP, as compared to the 120M-ish new shares issued to Bullseye shareholders over the last couple of years, it's a minuscule amount. The timing of exercising options that still have a year+ to go might be more significant, however if for example all those 67c options are held by one person, then I guess exercising them in chunks between now and next Jul when they expire is a reasonable ploy
