    I agree. On the face of it, it is absurd to give away the interest clip so soon after issuing the notes.

    There has to be a reason such as voting rights or participation in an impending rights issue. Nobody does this out of the goodness of their heart. I am cynical and contrarian, so for this action I know there is an information gap.
