    The investors are probably from the Cook Island or Samoa. Maybe from the Caymen or Jersey, so they don't pay any tax. At the end of day the company has their cash and are able to put it to good work ahead of the BFS.

    When this is announced we will have already started as opposed to build a new plant from scratch.
