Hi PBlonde, I didn't pick that up so thank you for the clarification on the oppies. Whilst I am aware that the note holders have the option to convert at their discretion and that that has nothing to do with management, from an observation stand point I find it strange that a group of investors would offer the loan in the first place at a conversion price of 0.065c, (a 44% premium to the last traded price). If they wanted to take a position, or increase their position in the company, then why not do so at market in the mid 4zzz or lower and get a whole lot more bang for their buck? I'm guessing there may be more to it and at some point it may become clearer.
Not pointing fingers at management, agreed by all accounts they seem to have nailed this one. My calcs are also at $2m in the kitty although given that the last 2 anns are within 30seconds of each other and the numbers are identical, I wonder if they have mistakenly announced the same doc twice...
