Hi PBlonde, I didn't pick that up so thank you for the clarification on the oppies. Whilst I am aware that the note holders have the option to convert at their discretion and that that has nothing to do with management, from an observation stand point I find it strange that a group of investors would offer the loan in the first place at a conversion price of 0.065c, (a 44% premium to the last traded price). If they wanted to take a position, or increase their position in the company, then why not do so at market in the mid 4zzz or lower and get a whole lot more bang

Total guess, but maybe they realised they would not be able to get that many on market (for that price) with the news coming out re resource.
