“Post the March quarter Empire announced a non-renounceable rights issue to raise funds for
activities of the business and for working capital. I encourage all shareholders to consider the
offer and recommend they take up their entitlements. The rights issue raised $741,957.00 out of that amount the three directors put in $294,359.39 of ther own money some of this money is for there own salaries . In all the years i have been playing on the stock market i have never seen this before . This tells me they have seen something very special .
